Important Notice: Due to the digital nature of our services and the personalized content we provide, all sales are generally considered final once services have been rendered or digital products have been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for the following situations:

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Technical Issues: Our platform fails to function properly preventing you from creating or downloading your CV
  • Service Unavailability: Our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical problems on our end
  • Billing Errors: You were charged incorrectly due to a system error
  • Unauthorized Charges: Charges made to your account without your authorization

Eligible for Partial Refund:

  • Unused Subscription Time: Pro-rated refund for remaining unused subscription period (minimum 7 days unused time required)
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same service

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied with your CV within 7 days of creation, we will:

  1. First Option: Work with you to revise and improve your CV at no additional cost
  2. Second Option: Provide a full refund if we cannot resolve your concerns

Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

After Service Completion:

  • CVs that have been successfully created and downloaded
  • Completed resume writing or editing services
  • Custom design work that has been delivered and approved

Change of Mind:

  • Refunds requested simply due to change of mind after successful service delivery
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Services used extensively (more than 5 CV downloads or significant template usage)

Violations:

  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or abusive use of our refund policy
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team

Third-Party Services:

  • Payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)
  • Services provided by third-party partners or contractors

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime; service continues until the end of your current billing cycle
  • Refund Window: Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription if no services have been used
  • Pro-rated Refunds: Available for unused time in exceptional circumstances (minimum 14 days unused required)

Annual Subscriptions:

  • Refund Window: Full refund available within 30 days of purchase if services haven’t been extensively used
  • Pro-rated Refunds: Available for unused months after the first 30 days, calculated monthly
  • Minimum Usage: Refund available only if less than 3 CVs created and less than 10 template views

Free Trials:

  • No refunds applicable for free trial periods
  • Cancellation before trial end prevents any charges

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund:

    • Email address associated with your account
    • Reason for refund request
    • Supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 3-5 business days

  5. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refund Methods

Payment Method Matching:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account(Currently Unavailable)
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days depending on your bank(Currently Unavailable)

Processing Fees:

  • Original payment processing fees are non-refundable
  • Refund processing fees may apply for certain payment methods

Cancellation Policy

Account Cancellation:

  • Cancelled accounts retain access until the end of the current billing period

Subscription Cancellation:

  • Extended downtime may qualify for service credits or refunds

Force Majeure:
